Having a love for fashion, interior design and an artistic flair it is easy to understand why Carmen is drawn to and inspired by all things design. President, Founder and Principal Designer of Time2Design, Inc. and author of The Design Times and The Time2Design blog. Carmen’s primary focus is luxury residential interiors, specializing in the kitchen and bath industry. A graduate of Ringling College of Art + Design combined with over 30 years’ experience has given Carmen a foundation of expertise and knowledge to excel in the industry.
Carmen prides herself on her attention to detail and her ability to interpret and deliver the specific needs of her clients. With a thorough understanding of the building codes, a keen eye for proportion and understanding the use of color give Carmen the skills necessary to approach each design project with expertise. In addition to being an interior designer and a kitchen and bath specialist, Carmen has mastered an understanding of all aspects of construction giving her the ability to knowledgeably communicate with her clients, architects, fellow designers and sub-contractors.
As a professional member of ASID, Carmen is actively involved in the Florida West Coast chapter and has served on the board as Communications Director 2012-2013, President Elect 2013-2014 and President 2014-2015. Carmen’s work has taken her to national and international destinations, been showcased in numerous showhouses and published in multiple print and online publications. Carmen’s innate ability to combine her experience and design talent serves to create functionally decorative spaces to meet the needs of her clients.
Outside of creating beautiful interiors Carmen is a creative, outdoorsy traveler who loves to cook, has a passion for photography and is living God’s plan.

With over 33 years’ experience Dudley’s expertise and knowledge are invaluable. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio (Go Bengals) Dudley has always had an intense need to learn and understand things. From a very young age he would disassemble things and put them back together so that he knew exactly how it worked. It is this type of curiosity that drives his extensive knowledge and skills to approach any project knowing exactly how to execute the finished product.
At 15 years old Dudley began working in the flooring industry, in addition he worked weekends and summers on construction sites learning all aspects of construction. After high school he started and ran a very successful flooring company in Cincinnati for over 17 years. Wanting to fulfill a lifelong dream of moving to Colorado he packed his tools and headed to the mountains.
Moving to Colorado gave Dudley the opportunity to climb the mountain so to speak. He started his own construction business and immersed himself in the Colorado mountain life skiing, camping, hiking, fishing and mountain climbing as often as he could. His time off the mountain was spent pursuing and developing his construction knowledge. After 6 years in Colorado, he returned briefly to Cincinnati and presented with a job opportunity he headed south to Florida. After being in Florida just over a year he met his beautiful bride to be, both being in the construction industry, it was only natural they began working on projects together. He has since joined Time2design bringing his extensive knowledge and expertise and we are excited for him to be an integral part of the team.
